        POLICY CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Excursions:

1. **Cancellation Period ( At The Resort):**
   
**Customers must notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled excursion to be eligible for a refund.

​

**50% cancellation fee ( REFUND ) will be applied to any cancellation made 24 hours of the scheduled service/activity.

 

**100% cancellation fee ( NO REFUND ) will be applied to any cancellation made 12 hours, no shows or last minute cancellation hours of the scheduled service/activity.

 

**If the Tour is canceled due by weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule on another date on your vacation, 50% refund ( minus a 13% bank handling charge ) if don’t decide to reschedule.

 

A medical exemption will be considered for any last minute cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled service/activity if supported by a medical note from a qualified doctor stating the valid medical conditions for which the client cannot receive the reserved activity/service(s), 50% refund apply minus 13% bank handling charge, the activity can be reschedule according to minimum availability to operate the excursion, we will attempt to reschedule for another day while you are here.

 

 

 

**Cancellation Period ( Online Bookings):**
 
**Customers must notify us of any cancellations at least 91days before the scheduled excursion to be eligible for a refund.

 

**50% cancellation fee ( REFUND ) will be applied to any cancellation made 60 days before of the scheduled service/activity.

 

**100% cancellation fee ( NO REFUND ) will be applied to any cancellation made 30 days, no shows or last minute cancellation hours of the scheduled service/activity.

 

*If the Tour is canceled due by weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule on another date on your vacation, 50% refund ( minus a 13% bank handling charge ) if don’t decide to reschedule.

2. **Refund Eligibility:**
 

   - Cancellations made within the specified 48-hour period will be eligible for a full refund.
 

   - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion.

 

 

3. **Refund Process:**
 

   - Refunds will be processed within 22 business days from the date of cancellation.
 

   - The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

 

 

4. **Weather-Related Cancellations:**
 

   - In the event of adverse weather conditions that lead to the cancellation of the excursion, customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling.

 

 

5. **Operator Cancellations:**
 

   - If the excursion is canceled by us for any unforeseen reasons, customers will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. **Partial Refunds:**
 

   - No partial refunds will be provided for any portion of the excursion that a customer chooses not to participate in.

7. **No-Show Policy:**
 

   - Customers who do not show up for the scheduled excursion without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

8. **Booking Modifications:**
 

   - Customers can request to modify their booking details, subject to availability, at least 48 hours before the scheduled excursion (at the resort bookings) and 91 days for online Bookings.

 

 

9. **Communication of Cancellation:**
 

   - All cancellation requests must be submitted via email at francosadventurescr@hotmail.com or phone at (+506) 8929-4637, with confirmation from us to validate the cancellation.

 

 

10. **Policy Updates:**
 

    - This cancellation and refund policy is subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to customers through our official channels.

 

 

By booking an excursion with us, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
