POLICY CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Excursions:
**Refund Eligibility:**
Cancellation Period ( Online Bookings for more than 3 months in advance ):
**Customers must notify us of any cancellations at least 91 days before the scheduled excursion to be eligible for a refund ( 30% REFUND )
** Cancellations made less than 90 days before the scheduled excursion are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
*If the Tour is canceled due by weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule on another date on your vacation, 30% refund ( minus a 13% bank handling charge ) if don’t decide to reschedule.
Cancellation Period (For Bookings at the resort or less than 2 months in advance):
**For Bookings at the resort or less than 2 months in advance, customers must notify us of any cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled excursion to be eligible for a refund (30% REFUND)
** Cancellations made less than 71 hours before the scheduled excursion are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).

**Refund Process:**
- Refunds will be processed within 22 business days from the date of cancellation.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
**Weather-Related Cancellations:**
- In the event of adverse weather conditions that lead to the cancellation of the excursion, customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling.
**Partial Refunds:**
- No partial refunds will be provided for any portion of the excursion that a customer chooses not to participate in.
**No-Show Policy:**
- Customers who do not show up for the scheduled excursion without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
**Booking Modifications:**
- Customers can request to modify their booking details, subject to availability, at least 72 hours before the scheduled excursion (at the resort bookings) and 90 days for online Bookings.
**Communication of Cancellation:**
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email at francosadventurescr@hotmail.com or phone at (+506) 8929-4637, with confirmation from us to validate the cancellation.
**Policy Updates:**
- This cancellation and refund policy is subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to customers through our official channels.

**Fishing Disclaimer:
Catch fish is No guarantees: While we strive to provide the best fishing experience possible, catching fish is not
guaranteed as it depends on weather, season, and other natural factors.

**Catch-and-Release Policy
Sustainability: Sport fishing tours operate under a strict catch-and-release policy for billfish and Roosterfish (e.g., marlin, sailfish, swordfish and Roosterfish) to protect marine ecosystems.
Exceptions: Non-endangered fish species may be kept, in accordance with local fishing regulations.
Handling: All fish must be handled with care to ensure minimal stress and harm before release.
Fishing Licenses.
**Licenses required: All participants must purchase a valid fishing license before the tour. Licenses are not
included in the tour price ($17 per person) and can be obtained online at government website:

Policies for Complimentary Massage or Free Pass Rewards
At Franco’s Adventures, we value our customers and enjoy making your experience even more special with exclusive rewards. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following policies apply to complimentary massages or free passes:
Eligibility for Rewards
- Complimentary massages or free passes are offered as a reward for specific promotions, such as group bookings or special events, as outlined at the time of reservation.
- The reward is valid only if all conditions specified in the promotion are met (e.g., the entire group books their excursions with Franco’s Adventures).
Redemption Guidelines - The complimentary reward may be redeemed by the designated recipient(s), as stated in the promotion (e.g., newlyweds, group leader).
- The reward is non-transferable and must be redeemed during the same visit as the group booking.

Reward Options
- Eligible recipients can choose between:
a) A **free pass** for any excursion offered by Franco’s Adventures.
b) A **complimentary massage session** (duration and details specified in the promotion).

Booking and Availability
- Rewards must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellations and Modifications
- If the group cancels their excursion bookings, the complimentary reward becomes void.
- If the reward has already been redeemed and the group booking is partially or fully canceled, the value of the reward will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Liability Disclaimer for Massage
- Franco’s Adventures is not responsible for any muscular discomfort, injuries, or other health issues arising from the complimentary massage session.
- Satisfaction with the massage is subjective, and refunds, exchanges, or compensation will not be provided in cases of dissatisfaction.
- Recipients are encouraged to communicate any health concerns or preferences to the massage therapist prior to the session.
Bioluminescence Tour
- Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon, and its intensity may vary due to environmental and weather conditions.
-Availability depends on light pollution and the lunar phase at the time of your visit, A specific level of visibility cannot be guaranteed.
General Terms
- Only one complimentary reward per eligible group or booking promotion.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services unless stated.
- Franco’s Adventures reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice for new bookings.
By booking an excursion with us, customers acknowledge and agree to comply by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
